Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta".

Delivery time depending on the distance from Kyiv: 1-2 days

The cost of delivery in Ukraine depends on the place of delivery, the weight of the parcel, and is paid according to the rates of the courier service.

In case of ordering the "Postpay" service, an advance payment of 150 UAH is required

• Payment for the order on the website by Visa / Mastercard
• Payment via Privat24 or Privatbank terminals
• CASH ON DELIVERY (COD), except Ukrposhta. For cash on delivery orders, a prepayment of 150 UAH is required, with the remaining amount paid upon receipt.

Attention! When placing a cash on delivery order through a courier service, the delivery cost for money transfer will additionally include (fees charged by transport companies for their services):

• Nova Poshta — 20 UAH for order processing + 2% of the order amount

Pay for your order in advance and the delivery costs will be significantly lower than with "Cash on Delivery" payment.

How to wash silk products

 ● Products made of natural silk must be washed by hand in cool water (up to 30 degrees), without pre-soaking.  For washing, we recommend using special liquid products for silk or hair shampoo.  Do not use washing powder.

 It is recommended to wash silk without friction and strong mechanical influences.

 After washing, you can rinse the product in cold water with the addition of 9% vinegar (5 tablespoons of vinegar per 10 liters of water)

 HOW TO SQUEEZE

 ● Squeeze carefully, lightly, without twisting, squeezing with your hands.  You can carefully squeeze it, wrapping it in a terry towel.

 HOW TO DRY

 ● It is necessary to dry silk products in an unfolded form, both in a horizontal and vertical position, avoiding sunlight and away from heating devices.

 HOW TO IRON

 ● The product can be ironed at a minimum temperature of up to 110 degrees or in the "Silk" mode (it is best to iron the product when it is almost dry, barely damp).  We recommend ironing inside out.

 A steam iron is best for ironing silk products.

 Do not spray silk with water, as stains may remain on the fabric.

 It is better not to use polyethylene bags for storage.
