You can return the product and exchange the product within 3 days after the day it was received if:
- the product has not been used,
- kept its appearance,
- kept the original packaging
- kept the complete set.
To return, you need to fill out the product return form
Please note that return delivery is carried out by the transport company Nova Poshta at the expense of the buyer.
Within 48 hours after receiving the goods, after we make sure that everything meets the requirements, we return the purchase price to the Privatbank card or in another way convenient for you.
Silk products cannot be returned if:
- there are traces of use
- there are mechanical or other damage that arose as a result of negligent actions of the buyer
